Home Watch Extended Plan
This is for those who are going to be away for more than 30 days. We tailor a plan that fits your needs. Together we decide on house call frequency and any other inspection requirements outside of our normal 35-point inspection. If issues are found we communicate those to you and we can handle the situation for you.

Home Watch Short Term Plan
This plan is for those who are away for less than 30 days but still want the peace of mind that their property is being monitored. We can pick up the mail, take out the trash, and visually inspect the property to make your vacation or trip worry-free.

- 35-point inspection
- Daily, weekly, or biweekly visits
- Reporting recap provided after each visit

It stands as the premier solution for Home Watch business owners who seek a comprehensive and reliable method to monitor and manage properties in their care. The program provides real-time updates, planning schedules, and customizable checklists we tailor to your home.
Additionally, we provide a portal to our clients for access to past inspection reports should the need ever arise. Upon completion of our visit to your home, we generate a time-stamped, geo-location-verified report that is emailed to you for your peace of mind.
